Parastichopus californicus
Usually live sea cucumbers handpicked from the floor of the Pacific Ocean off the coasts of Alaska, British Columbia, and Washington State. Within hours, they are delivered to our processing facilities and immediately processed.
Our skins are all ocean run. After separating the meat from the skin, skin is rolled in salt up to 4 times to eliminate all moisture. The product is then graded and put into a 50 pound master carton for distribution.
